2. Privacy policy
2.1. When ordering goods on www.UniqueGeocaches.com, the Buyer must submit the required registration information: name, address, phone number and e-mail address. This data is used only for execution of orders and solving problems, if any arisies, with delivery of orders.
2.2. The Buyer is responsible for the fair presentation of the data at the time of registration.
2.3. By ordering, the Buyer agrees to submit the personal data to process the order. The Buyer also agrees that the Buyer's e-mail address and/or phone number to be sent to the communications necessary to order the goods meet.
2.4. Buyer's personal data may be processed for marketing purposes only if the customer agrees with it, when filling in the registration form.
2.5. The Buyer, by registering in shop and ordering goods, is responsible not to disclose his account credentials on www.UniqueGeocaches.com to thirty parties.
2.6. Seller agrees to keep the Buyer's personal data safely and don’t disclose them to thirty parties except when it is required by the competent authority of the State Ministry of cases provided by law or by a separate written consent of the Buyer.
